MSP Airport Limo Service ("we," "us" or "our") provides chauffeured ground transportation in Minneapolis–Saint Paul and throughout Minnesota, including airport transfers, corporate travel, Mayo Clinic transfers, hourly charters and event transportation.

• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, number of passengers and luggage, vehicle preference and special requests (for example, child seats or accessibility needs).

• Payment information: card details entered in our reservation system. Card data is processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our Website.
• Corporate account details: company name, billing contact and invoicing information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit. Information from others

We may receive your details from a person who books a ride on your behalf (such as an assistant, travel manager or event planner), and flight status information from flight-tracking services so we can adjust your pickup time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, including with:

• Chauffeurs and affiliated operators who complete your ride, including trusted partner operators for trips outside our immediate service area.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our online reservation and dispatch system (LimoAnywhere), payment processors, website hosting, email delivery, flight tracking and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Your organization, if your ride is booked or billed through a corporate account.
• Authorities and others when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the safety, rights or property of our passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
• A successor business in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

05Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. When you first visit our Website, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings button on this page or the cookie icon in the corner of the Website.

When you book a ride, we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your reservation, for example to confirm your booking, share chauffeur details or update you about flight delays. These are service messages related to your trip.

We'll only send marketing emails or texts if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message, or reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Message and data rates may apply.

10Children's Privacy

Our Website and online booking are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Reservations for minors must be made by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Third-Party Links

Our Website may link to other websites and services, including our online reservation system, Google Maps and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
